Terrible customer service and very bad attitudes. They make mistakes when ordering doors then hold the customer responsible for additional costs because they’ve ordered the wrong doors even when there’s proof by text message they still send invoice with the additional charges.

Horrible Service, put a chisel in my wall after being frustrated with the repair. I asked him to be more respectful with my home and he "cussed" me out only then to leave the job site. 0/5 if I could.

This company installed my garage door a number of years back. Had a part fail on me and called to buy a replacement part. The owner became very angry after my phone briefly had poor reception and started to converse in a very condescending manner. Conversation was even worse after I told him I can install my own part..after all it was removing a few screws to install a new control unit. I asked if this was a big issue and if I should go elsewhere and he hung up the phone. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with any business in my life. 100% stay away folks.
