We've never received service anywhere else, the way we have from James and his team. It's nice to interact with banking people who genuinely care about our financial well being, and help us get on the right track to get there. They're open, honest, and super cool and personable people. Highly recommend.

The lady that helped me on the phone, Jaika, worked with me and set up my account. The weather is turning bad so I drove in and ?, I missed Jaika. James helped me with my account and my credit card is paid off! WooHoo! Paying payments on the credit card, it would take me forever to pay it off. With the help of Fairstone, I will have it all paid off in 5 year! This is a great company. They are so easy to work with and help direct you to the best for you. The people are very friendly and professional. I would recommend Fairstone to everyone!

Got a loan from here about a year ago, and recently called and just mentioned I was looking into some options. Cori was able to go beyond and cover ALL of my needs. She was not pushy but completely kind, honest, and genuine. It didnt feel as if I was talking to just a worker, but a genuine person.
