CrossFit 161 is one of the most unique gyms I have had the pleasure of working out at. They adapt each and every workout to suit every age group and fitness level. Each coach is skilled and there to help with any questions you may have. I would recommend CrossFit 161 to all my friends and family!
I love going to crossfit, the people feel like my family, the coaches are excellent they are very skilled and intelligent. I feel comfortable and confident as myself and it's a welcoming place for all people. Crossfit is the perfect place for me to unwinde. The coaches help with corrections, for maximum results and safety.
Crossfit 161 is a top notch facility that coaches everyone to succeed. From the beginner to the experienced person, everyone is welcomed into the community and given the best instruction from all coaches. We work hard but laugh often!
