HI Melville a little background.. I'm 44 and had never been to a salon .... I received a perm from shear concepts ... they made me comfortable and relaxed she calmed.me down she almost held my hand .... my perm turned out fantastic. and after a month or so it's still strong and I'm so happy with it ... they made my first experience at a salon one to remember and I can t wait to go see them again thank you
