They opened their doors after they were closing to assist me when I had a sick puppy. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will gladly spend my entire pet store budget here!

Went in today around 10 am with my boyfriend and my pitbull sebation, the guy who helped us was so nice and helpful and was so nice to our dog, which we don’t get a lot of since he’s a pitbull, we appreciated the kind service!

Just recently we planned a trip to Melville to visit my 91 year old mother in personal care residence. A cat lover most of her life. The short of it, I was looking for a friendly cat I could borrow for an afternoon. Without knowing me and in mid sentence, Tanya the store manager offered me her own personal family cat. Truly remarkable. Very kind. Tanya did this expecting nothing but my mom’s happiness. It was a success. Thank you is hardly enough!
