At no point during your appointment did you mention that you needed to leave by a specific time, which would have allowed us to better accommodate your schedule. In fact, we always encourage open communication about time constraints so we can adjust accordingly.

Additionally, you left without speaking to a manager or giving us the opportunity to address the issue or make any corrections. We would have been more than happy to assist you and ensure you left feeling satisfied.
