“I recently saw Shari for the first time and had a great experience! She was very friendly and welcoming and has an exceptional understanding of how the body works. I immediately noticed improvements and she shared some easy, at-home practices I could do to help maintain and improve my flexibility and pain. I will definitely be returning! Thanks Shari!”
