Very friendly staff and they are super accommodating. I called in to see if I could get them to look at my block heater. They had me in in less than an hour and they checked it for me very fast and efficiently. They're super kind and very reasonable people. Will definitely be going back!

I went to Hi Quality on Dec 21, 2021 because someone recommended them to me. Hi Quality was very friendly, personal and took the time to look at my car right away. They put a scan on my car because I lost power, they never found anything wrong on the scan and also didn't charge me for the scan. It's a great feeling to know that someone still cares about customer service. I will be definitely going back.

Randy was great once again. Just honest guys who get things doneand stand behind their work. Always a good thing when the bill comes in less than the estimate.
