I wish I could give more than five stars. We had such an incredible experience ordering an arrangement from Audina! The bouquet was absolutely stunning! She went above and beyond to accommodate our order. The online ordering system was seamless, and Audina even went so far as to text me a photo of the arrangement and to let me know when it had been delivered. She was friendly and the quality of service & flowers was unparalleled!Based on other past experiences ordering flowers in the area, I can confidently say that Flowers on the Fly by Audina is the BEST in Lloydminster! The quality and variety of flowers that come into this shop week to week are outstanding! I’ve never seen anything like it ( especially in the prairies!!) Audinas designs are so exquisite and each unique. This year my family sent me some arrangements for my birthday and she made the process so easy for them from start to finish. One was ordered online and the other over the phone ( both user friendly). I personally love that you're able to talk to an actual employee of Flowers on the Fly when you call and from my experience they are always so helpful in guiding you through what’s in stock to make the most perfect bouquet. Amazing service! Called for a last minute same day delivery and she was super helpful! Had it made and delivered within 4 hrs, even got a picture sent to me so I could see what it looked like before delivery! And great pricing. Nothing but good things to say!
