My many thanks to the 2 lovely ladies that helped me out today to find a cat food that my foster cat can handle with her gastrointestinal issues. You were so helpful and got me through a tough spot. Customer Service. A++
The manager of the store was so helpful and kind when I picked up my brand new puppy in Alberta in 2019. I stopped at pet valu on the way home and She offered so many helpful suggestions and taught me so much about a puppy's needs. Because of her I will only go to Pet Valu for my pups needs!
Took the dogs for their baths today. Staff was pleasant, and for $10.00 a dog, you get dry towels, your choice of shampoos and conditioners, a bathing tub that won't break your back bending over. A terrific experience!
