I purchased a car with a trade-in, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Charlotta was very responsive and helpful over text/phone, Camille efficiently worked out the finances over phone/email, and Jacalyn was great in assessing my trade-in. By far the best car purchase experience I've had, and I highly recommend Energy Dodge!

Reviews are one thing, but honest reviews are another.Charlotta, Camille, and Jacalyn were impeccable when it came to service. Knowing that I was travelling from a far distance away, they were able to accommodate all my needs and concerns. They were patient, concise and attentive throughout the entire proceeding of the deal.Towards the close of the deal something came up, and the deal almost fell through. This was due to things entirely out of their control, just real world scenarios.
