The clinic's staff, including Dr. Charlotte, are known for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for their clients. Addressing pets by their first names and taking the time to explain and ensure understanding creates a comfortable experience. Even after a pet goes under anesthesia, the clinic makes follow-up calls to check on their progress. Everyone here is sooo wonderful! We have used Hooves and Paws for 4 dogs. We've done grooming and vet care. They are always so accommodating, and able to get you in same day when needed. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell they care about your pets! Dr Finch is my absolute favorite but we have never had a bad visit with any staff! They have worked with us on long standing problems and helped tremendously! We love our vet!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Williams. We noticed our pups face was swollen at 10pm on Saturday night. Dr Williams was the only vet in the area who was able to help us. She spoke my wife and I through how check our pup and told us how to make her feel more comfortable, and arranged to see us first thing Sunday morning. Dr Williams immediately put wife and I at ease about our pups condition. Her nature and kindness made both of us feel incredibly comfortable will leaving our dog with her to have her tooth extracted. We genuinely left feeling like we had left out dog in the best possible care. Dr Williams went as far as to recommend payment companies to get a payment plan for the surgery. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your pets, I would strongly recommend Hooves and Paws
Our boys have always received exceptional care by everyone at Hooves and Paws. Each of our boys has special medical needs. Hanz has tendencies for bladder crystals and stones and Franz is diabetic. We could not ask for more caring and knowledgeable professionals than those at Hooves and Paws. Dr. Charlotte leads a great team that we trust implicitly with the care of the boys.
