This gym is a gem ! For a small town to have access to a 24 gym is incredible! This gym is equipped with lots of equipment, super clean and well taken care of! Kim is an excellent Personal Trainer. Pushing you as far as she knows you’re able. I have become way more confident in myself and a good percentage of that comes from her warm n friendly n highly skilled profession! She is passionate about her clients and it’s felt in so many ways ! Contact Kim today and I promise you you won’t b sorry !!!

Small Town Strong really has a positive outlook on fitness. They have classes set up that match a lot of the cross-fit training. And they can modify workouts to best suit those of all fitness levels.The gym is not huge, but really well-stocked for the needs of the classes. Each class builds on what was learned before.I really feel myself improving every day! And this works out well, because the monthly membership fees are a one-time pay and I can attend as many classes as I need. The prices are less than I've paid at other locations in the past, and the classes are some of the best.So happy Small Town Strong has made a place for us here in Delisle!
