This has been the worst service I have ever dealt with. I paid to have my taxes filed on August 4, and it is now November 27 and I haven’t heard from a single person, nor have my taxes been filed. I have sent message after message and called the office many times, to which I get told I will be called back as the worker had “an appointment”. That was over a week ago. I am getting letters from the CRA threatening interest charges and yet no one will get back to me. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and do not use this location.
Very happy with the services I was provided with. Deanna was very informative and professional and helped me get my taxes filed fast and easy. I recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Deanna
If anyone needs there income tax done I would highly recommend the ladies in Biggar (Deanna, Colleen and Shalene). They helped myself and my parents. All very professional and helpful.
