Michelle Tomanek - Boyes Group Realty Inc.

We have lived here over 25yrs and have loved renovating our 100 yr old Queen Anne home. When the time came to sell and move back to BC we decided to list with Kandice and her team at Realty Solutions. They have a modern, innovative approach to promoting and selling for their clients. We absolutely made the right decision to list with them!! Kandice has always been so positive and encouraging through all the ups and downs of this difficult market these last few months! Talk about a lot of hand holding!!! I am sure she works 24/7!! Thank you to Karen as well for her professionalism, encouragement, and guidance to her buyers!! Thank you Stephanie and Michelle for helping with the open house. These girls really do work as a team!! We wish the new owners many years of making wonderful memories with their young family in what they call « The Castle House »

Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Communication was always clear and timely, and she made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

She paid attention to every detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does.

I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone buying or selling — you want her on your side.

Michelle is the most hard working real estate agent out there and will guide you with ease and understanding with a huge decision. She has done both a sale and purchase of a home for me, and would use her services again. I highly recommend using Michelle for the sale or purchase of your home.
