Dr Nicolas is very pleasant to see and she is always easy to talk to.She encourages you to do things that will be good for your health but is not overly pushy. My husband likes this about her.
The staff that I've encountered have been very professional and I am happy with the care I've received. However, the patient portal has never worked for me in spite of multiple calls and troubleshooting by responsive IT staff. I assume it is a vendor issue. Today I spent 20 minutes to return a provider's call. The communication systems in place are frustrating and disappointing. Hence the 4 stars.
He explained the reason for the scan he did to my mother. I was able to ask questions and he answered them. Overall a good experience. Dr. Hathaway's nurse Kayli was awesome, found out she is a local lady, knew her parents well! She was great at explaining everything step by step throughout the entire time we were there. Thank you both!
