The City of Lennox and Stockwell Engineering contracted with Slowey Construction to complete a street project in 2020. The company was instructed to connect the existing sewer line that was running to the street. This sewer line from the house was connected to the old sewer running down 2nd Avenue. Slowey did not connect the sewer, this was supposed to be done Additionally, they did not run the stub past the sidewalk as they were supposed to and it was not in the place that the plans indicated. Also, they put the stub out for the sewer in the boulevard under the pipe for the sump pump.
