We contacted K Construction for a free estimate after our home inspection flagged a floor joist that had been cut into and might be compromised. They responded quickly and were able to get someone out on short notice. After inspecting the joist and walking us through their findings, they confirmed it was sound and no further work was needed. We met with K Construction to discuss building a home. In the end we decided to do remodels to our current home instead. They were extremely patient with us during this process. Our wants, needs, questions and ideas were all laid on the table and discussed. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal. They were very very professional. The level of cleanliness exceeded my expectations. They are all very hard workers. We are extremely happy with all the projects we lined up for them!
