“I’ve been a client on/off at this salon for about 3 years and usually saw Megan, who always did great! Since she left, I decided to book with Maryann. I arrived 10 mins early & checked in with someone at the desk, but ended up waiting a long time. When Maryann finally acknowledged me, she made excuses, wrongly assuming I was late/didn't speak to anyone when I came in (which kind of irritated me). I’d have preferred she just apologized and moved on. Though there was a delay, she did a nice job on my hair & was knowledgeable, so I didn't raise any concerns. I understand things can get hectic, just be upfront. Overall, I’d say this is a good place to get your hair done based on my previous experiences.“

“I have a pretty specific hair cut, and it's hard to find a stylist anywhere that can accommodate my requests. I cannot for the life of me remember her name, but I went in a few days ago to trim and razor texture my alternative mullet with side fades and to avoid chopping my rat tail (of which a lot of previous stylists have chopped off despite my requests to keep). She did great with asking questions first and understanding I am legally blind so she would take pauses to allow me to put my glasses on and check the progress. I will be returning, and have loved every great clips i have been to in the past few years. Believe me it is hard to find a good stylist who can a) use a razor b) respect an alternative style choice without input or boundary crossing and c) keep a conversation in between. All the love to this place“
