“I’ve been a client on/off at this salon for about 3 years and usually saw Megan, who always did great! Since she left, I decided to book with Maryann. I arrived 10 mins early & checked in with someone at the desk, but ended up waiting a long time. When Maryann finally acknowledged me, she made excuses, wrongly assuming I was late/didn't speak to anyone when I came in (which kind of irritated me). I’d have preferred she just apologized and moved on. Though there was a delay, she did a nice job on my hair & was knowledgeable, so I didn't raise any concerns. I understand things can get hectic, just be upfront. Overall, I’d say this is a good place to get your hair done based on my previous experiences.“
