Water heater was leaking, they came over and pulled it out, fixed all the subfloor that the water had damaged, replaced some damaged drywall, and replaced a wall. Once it was all said and done, we noticed a leak from somewhere else. I sent him the pictures and he came back over TWICE to make sure things were right.
I can’t thank / recommend Ryan and his team enough. Our home had suffered some extensive damage from a long slow leak we weren’t aware of. We needed professional help immediately! Oswald Contracting literally saved my home. They were confident in their work, professional in every way & extremely time efficient (honestly can’t believe how fast they were able to repair & replace everything) Again- highly highly recommend.
