Called at 3:45pm on a Friday and McGillvrey’s sent someone in 20 minutes for an AC not working. I cannot be more thankful and impressed with the service Tanner provided. Stayed and actually troubleshoot the problem until it was actually resolved, not just a bandaid on a Friday. Made me a customer for life!
