Some of the work was good. But not a man of his word. After hitting bedrock & not being able to go back with the garage by 4 ft, you'd think he would have adjusted his price. But he did not. Then last day on a handshake with my husband, in front of his mother, he promised to bring a load of topsoil & a final load of gravel. Did he do this? Not willingly. He finally brought the topsoil....but NEVER delivered the load of gravel. All changes were added in $$$, but no adjustments for hitting bedrock & not doing full floorplan. Estimate was $67,000.....we ended up paying $80,000.
