I've used New Horizons Roofing for three jobs so far. The most recent was a completely new metal roof for our home. The owner of the company, Alfredo, is patient, smart, and responsive. I am a pretty demanding customer and Alfredo met all my needs, including multiple rounds of very specific questions before and during the install. The crew did a good job being mindful of our property and cleaning up each day. We are extremely happy with how the roof looks and would gladly use New Horizons again.
Can’t say enough good things about Alfredo and New Horizon’s Roofing. Communication, honesty, and amazing work. After discussing the job and finalizing the details with Alfredo we set a date to do the roof. The dumpster arrived just before the crew arrived and by the end of the day, the roof was done, the yard was cleaned and the dumpster picked up the next morning. Pure efficiency. If I could give 100 ⭐️ I would. I interviewed 5 roofers in one day, I was in a race against time. Alfredo was spot on along with his professional crew. Always available to answer questions & everything clearly written. I have already recommended him to my neighbor!!
