I can't recommend The Flower Cart enough! I had originally ordered flowers online through another company (I live in Texas), but my order was canceled the morning of my friend's father's visitation. I was panicked because it was a group of us that this affected, and at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the visitation, I called The Flower Cart hoping they could help.
