We rented a roll away dumpster for a day and Lauren and his crew were efficient and courteous! Always a pleasure dealing with them. They are hard working people and I appreciate all they do! Thanks Lauren and crew!

I haven't had issues with them before, but they missed my trash can this week. I called the line they have on the can in the morning (9:20) and left a message, but they never got back to me. Waited till afternoon (1:20) and called again but nobody would answer. I finally called the other line and got an answer. I was basically told I called too late, and I explained my previous calls. I would have appreciated a simple apology but instead got excuses. So lesson learned if you want to get ahold of anyone don't use the advertised line and don't expect any apology. I will still give 4 stars because they normally don't have issues. Hope there aren't any more in the future.

ALL PROBLEMS AVOIDED!There was a mixup on someone’s delivery of a dumpster this morning to our house located at 510..... , Beresford, SD!So, to avoid any mistakes on our bill I called to be sure they found the correct location and that their accounting records were corrected to reflect the right address of 610...., Beresford, SD. Everything was taken care of and the correct location was found and their dumpster was deliverers! Thank you for updating your records promptly so billing mistakes were avoided by the two customers! In my opinion, that’s great service of a different form!
