STS TREE SERVICE was very prompt to come check out our site and give us an estimate. We had two very large ash trees that were infected with the emerald ash borer. Large limbs were hanging over the house and garage. With great care to protect our lawn, their specialized equipment went to work on these 50 year old giant trees. It was hot and the pirate gnats were out in full force, but they were a well organized team that made short work of a huge job! The tree stumps were also removed! STS Tree Service was amazing to work with. They were quick to respond and even though schedule got pushed back due to storm cleanup they had to do, they were prompt at getting us back on the schedule. While on-site, they were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond when my wife was looking for a couple of branches for a side project she was doing, they were willing to find the exact type of branches she wanted, no hesitations. Messaged STS for a quote and they were out the same day to give a quote. Had a few other quotes but they were the most reasonable and were even able to come out the following day to cut down a tree that was split down the middle and clean up some trees that had been damaged from a storm: Very satisfied with everything
