Due to my busy work schedule I allowed Rosebud, who hires Formatop, to deliver while at work. My front door of my home was left open for 5 1/2 hours. Thankfully my dog was still inside once I returned home from work and I was not a victim of theft. A house of 80+ degrees and full of flies was luckily the only price I had to pay. Rob the manager was sympathetic but please beware and learn from my mistakes. Be present for all deliveries.

Ordered a pantry to add to my existing cabinets. Rosebud has my original kitchen plan including the stain color. I received all pieces in the wrong stain color. I paid my carpenter $325 because he started to install the pantry before I noticed the incorrect color on all pieces. I asked Rosebud to return the pieces and deliver the correct color plus $200 to help pay my carpenter since he has to start over. Rosebud manager said no. No customer service at Rosebud. If you need cabinets I would advise you to think twice. When comparing cabinets notice how deep the competitor's cabinets are.
