Stopped by the office to try and get a bid for a building, was told the Sales Rep would call but never did. Called after 3 weeks was told the Sales rep was on vacation and would call Monday when he returned. Still no phone call. Tried to call again and no one answered the phone. Left message but very doubtful anyone will call back. Guess I will take my business to their competition.

Customer service is terrible. Have called several times for several reasons. Every experience with them has been poor experience except for getting my plans from the front desk lady.

Contacted them in March 2021 and they responded "We will stop by in the next couple of weeks" - never happened. Stopped by the Morton booth at the January 2022 Black Hills Stock Show and stated that they had blown me off. "Don't know why that happened" was the response. Then spent time roughly designing the building I was interested in and again "We'll stop by in the next couple of weeks" - and again, it never happened. No phone calls, no follow through, NOTHING! This place SUCKS!
