Very happy with final product of our building. Peaks and valleys during construction process however Shawn the district manager contacted me to discuss my frustrations. Due to his follow up and appreciated discussion on the issues this turned into a 5 star review. Excellent communication Shawn and thank you! Update 1-9-2025. Cleary finally completed my building on 12-31-24 with being fully paid off in mid July. Local Cleary office management has horrible customer relation skills with not keeping customers informed. Local manager was shockingly rude and threatening when contacting corporate on my dissatisfaction. Crew left garbage laying out and cigarette butts...read full review
