Used Karen for over 20 years and never had a single issue. Not only did they not have gppd enough security and had to mail im several tax returns they lied and said it was a irs hacking issue. They put us on the back burner because people that turned their taxes in after us had to have them done before us so we kept getting pushed back. No one would return calls and our tax return got passed around to three different people. Plus charged us double from the year before with zero warranty.

If I could rate them zero I would. They will “forget” to charge you and then take 3 months pay out of your account randomly. We handed them our tax stuff the 1st week of February. Called every week after March 1st and was always told “it’s being finalized”. FINALLY it was done April 12th. They don’t communicate at all, if you ask a question do the opposite because they don’t know what they are talking about. They make a bunch of mistakes. Take your business somewhere else.
