My truck was gelled on the road of south dokata Rapid City for two days because of bad weather no one was helping me to tow my truck then I luckily contact this tow company they got ready to tow my truck terry was really good person, but when he arrived he told me he was going to charge me 700$ but then he knew I was stuck he talked to his dispatch and then they changed their mind they charged me $ 1000 because they knew very well I didn’t have any option. So I paid them , but if you are stuck if they ready to help contact them. I really appreciate them.
My car battery died and my roadside assistance service dispatched Plains Towing and Recovery to jump start. They were fast, communicated that they were on their way, worked through a couple hiccups and gave me some tips on what to do to prevent this from being an issue the next day. It was extremely cold and the technician was nothing but friendly and helpful.
We we're having problems with our truck while out in Sturgis, SD. In Deadwood, brake calipers froze couldn't move truck. Called Plains Towing. They were out within 20-25 minutes. Nicest young man who got our pick up put on flat bed and towed back to Sturgis where we we're having the truck worked on the next day. Highly recommend this business.
