Heart felt thanks to Dr. Lance and all the staff!! Through their swift, professional, knowledgeable and effective care they saved our dog, Winston's life. He had a acute case of Pancreatitis and everyone from the desk staff, to Vet Tech's, to Vets helped give him the care he needed. I can not say enough good things about this vet and the kindness the staff has shown me. I just transferred to this vet clinic after hearing great things and had my puppy seen for his shots and to schedule a hernia repair/neuter. I also had brought my cat in to be seen for what I thought was an ear infection. Upon examining her, Dr. Serbousek thought it would be best to sedate and intubate to get a closer look. Mind you my appointment was at 4:20 and by the time we got done with my puppies shots and exam was almost 4:40 and Dr. Serbousek was the only vet there at this time with at least a handful of other patients to see.
