I had a small fan motor go out and called them to check it. He did come that day and identified the problem and said he would have part in a few days. He did come out and we were going to be gone, so I told him to go ahead and replace it. The furnace was working fine when we got home, so we were pleased with the work until we got the bill. It was for $900.18. I knew this was high for no more for that was done, it consisted of removing 4 screws to hold on the fan and motor and 2 more to remove a bracket, one electrical push on connection and 1 rubber hose that just slipped on. The fan assy was about 10 inches across and all the connectors were in plain sight and extremely easy to remove. I know I could have removed it in less than 10 minutes. I called the office and talked with his wife who was more than nice. I asked for an itemized bill and would send a check. The reply was on face book was simply "NO". I called 3 three other plumbers in the area and their respones was you got taken. One said he did charge $560.00 one time with mitigating circumstances. No I will not recommend Integrity Plumbing for any work. This kind of work will catch up with him eventually and he will pay the price.
