The owner insisted that I buy an extra 10% of wood flooring. I had already figured it in and assumed that I could return the extra. Assuming cost me $200 when he would not take back the extra that he had insisted I order. Their installers were terrible. The vinyl in the kitchen was bubbling and the installer's wife was rude when I called them back because of a glaring pattern mistake on the stairs.
