I have been the happy owner of a Hot Springs Spa for many years. Jim in Spearfish has been a friendly wealth of information and help keeping things balanced and running smoothly.While I have gotten used to taking the great service for granted, I am moved to write today because of the over the top effort shown by technician Russ on my service call yesterday My tub is over ten years old and there were a few things needing attention. I was very impressed that Russ took the time to call in and chase down answers that returned my tub to like new condition. thank you for all the help from the technical team. our pump developed a leak, and after answering a few questions they pointed me in the right direction. New pump ordered Tuesday, delivered Thursday and all up and running Thursday evening. Andrew from technical was very helpful, even answering questions when I was fitting the new pump. First class service and will happily deal with again. only place I will be going for hot tub equipment.

Top notch in Sales, service & knowledge. Super happy with my spa? Customer service can be hard to find these days but not here. From the purchase to the install, I’m impressed and will highly recommend to all my friends & family. Thank you for a 5 star experience!
