Jeff provided me with excellent and honest service for my issue with my washing machine. It was discovered that there wasn’t any serious problem and he only charged a small very acceptable service fee. I highly recommend T & W appliance repair!
My dryer went out on Thursday so I gave Terry a call to see if they could help me. He said that they would probably be out on Tuesday or Wednesday. So today is Monday and I got a call. He was in the area. Not only did he fix my dryer, but he actually soldered the board on it. And he didn't have to order a part. He was quick, efficient and did an excellent job.
T&W appliance is top notch. Terry and his son Jeff are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. We had a leaking refrigerator and called a handful of other local repair businesses and didn't receive any calls back. We called T&W on Thursday and Terry answered right away. He told us they couldn't come out until Monday, but to our relief he came out on Saturday to diagnose the issue. Terry said they should have the part by Wednesday. Again, they exceeded expectations and Jeff came out two days early on Monday evening and replaced the cracked valve. 11/10 I would recommend!
