Star plumbing was the only ones to follow up and personally call back the evening we had issues with our water heater. Matt came out early in the morning and was able to replace the old heater with a new one. He definitely knew what he was doing and was able to check a few other plumbing issues in the home to give recommendations for potentially further service.
I would most definitely recommend giving star plumbing service your business.
Gabe was very polite and professional. He got right to work and found our problem that another company was unable to resolve. I would highly recommend Star Plumbing, and they will be the only plumbing company I use in the future. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service. On another note, the bill today with the issue resolved was less than the other company charged us.
Was unable to remove the clog in the sewer. Returned the next day with better equipment and not only found the problem and was able to clean the pipe. Informed me that this could be a yearly problem. Matt was fantastic and worked really hard cleaning the line but was able to show me with the camera all of the problems. I give this service the highest rating possible. Please email me if you have any questions.
