My water heater went out on a Sat. My neighbor recommended Star.I called first thing Mon. morning and spoke with Matt. Grant came out within two hours of my call. He checked it out and told me my options. Since my unit was so old I went with a new one but they couldn't fit me in until Wed. Ugh. Grant was kind enough to reroute my water lines so I could have running water until then! Awesome!! Cold water is better than no water!
