Worst experience. Asked for my boys to have the same hair cut. One looks amazing but they completely scalped my 4 yr old and husbands. We're not happy with the hair cuts at all but still made us pay gull price. Do not go to the smart styles in Spearfish SD.

I went in for my 3rd perm there. The first two times it cost $43. This last time they charged me $63+. I asked about the price and got the response, well, that's the charge! I am a senior and I have short hair. There's no way my whole head of hair can be put in rods thus should be considered a partial perm. The girl said, oh no, that's a full perm. I told her of the previous charges...didn't matter. I paid my bill but I will not go back again. I contacted customer service and have not heard ANYTHING back. I'm done with Smart Style. They have out priced the Walmart clientele!

Horrible they messed on my hair so bad it’s all different layers. When I asked for 1 length. When I went in to get a refund I was told by Destiney the purple hair lady that I could only get a partial refund, I got upset and she refused to give me my refund. Told me I needed to deal with cooperate. 1 star is being kind.
