It was overall great service! I have only gotten my nails done twice before so I dont know how everything works properly. I think we had some miscommunication happenin between me and the technician. It was also a little rushed, and my nails turned out not the best because of it. I didn't have an appointment so the time limit is understandable. Overall great service, but I wish I had more time to explain what I wanted properly and ask more questions about the process.
My first time here and definitely will be my only place to go to. Very pleasing atmosphere and everyone so friendly. Kim did my nails to perfection. The young guy that did my pedicure was super nice and gentle.
Best pedicure I’ve ever had across 4 different states. Typically, most salons do a super quick and limited foot massage. Pretty Nails take their time and give you a GOOD massage.
