“Josh was recommended to me by our real estate agent and friend. He came in a moved mountains to get a job done last minute and fixed issues from another company. His team was prompt, friendly, professional, did exceptional workmanship, and finished on time. Couldn’t be happier and won’t be the last time we work with him.”
“We hired Broderson Builders to replace the hail damaged roof on our home/garage and to repair and replace the roof on a shed. From the time we chose our shingles & colors I'd say within one week all the supplies were delivered. Two days later the crew showed up. They were courteous, hard working and thorough - stayed 'til almost dusk both days they were here. When all the work was done, the crew went over our property with a fine toothed comb cleaning up the job. My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided by Broderson Builders. I would highly recommend them for any roofing repairs/replacement.”
“I have worked with Rapid Exteriors in Spearfish for a few years now. They have helped tremendously with roof and gutter inspection and installation. They explained all the various roof choices and then worked with my insurance company to assure coverage. The work was finished timely with close attention paid to cleanup. I highly recommend this crew.”
