I lived here while going to college. Nice enough place however our apartment had black mold. We complained and they tried to fix it by running high powered fans all day and night. When we shut them off to sleep the property manager scolded us like children. If you need 24 hour noise to fix a building flaw you could of rented a hotel for placement. Eventually we moved to another apartment which was way nicer however it was really never worth the price. They also stated they were pet friendly, but thats not true at all.
We loved the swimming pool at iron ridge, as well as the helpfulness of property manager Julie. We lived there for about 9 months while house hunting. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I liked the layout and the small deck; as well as the color scheme and flooring. The price may have been a little high, but I think in a college town it is important to limit the turnover and keep accountability.
