We engaged Diversified Construction for our house building project. We had a complicated build on a homesite up on a mountain. Diversified managed the project well and did high quality work. We were extremely happy with their communication with us. Any phone call, text or email was responded to promptly, typically same day. They provided the estimates from trades people and sub-contractors so that we always had an idea of the projected costs. They provided regular, detailed, itemized invoices with the supporting receipts and invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
