Joe was amazing to work with. Purchasing a first home is stressful, purchasing a first home with a 3 week closing date seems unfeasible. Joe explained everything every single step of the way and made it possible. 15/10 recommend

Let me start off by saying, I tried selling my house without a realtor for about three months. In my mind, I could sell it at a lower price and still be money ahead by not having to pay someone to list it. As time went on it became clear that it just wasn’t going to happen.
