Dustin was so great with communicating and checking in regarding weather changes. At one point, I thought it was going to rain all day and so decided to cancel. He offered a full refund, but I told him to keep it and we’d plan something for the summer. Then, surprise! The sun came out, no rain in the forecast the whole afternoon. I called Dustin and he answered the phone, “Hey, Liz, you been watching the weather?” I laughed and asked if we could possibly still have the castle and he came over within an hour. They have the best prices in town! Great communication and professionalism! Very flexible with pick up/drop off times! Highly recommend Brothers Rentals! We rented the palm tree bouncer and the kids loved it, looking forward to having the Spider-Man bouncer this weekend for my daughters birthday party! Also the bounce house was squeaky clean when we got it!
