Salem Veterinary Services provides absolutely exceptional and incredible care for pets and livestock. The service is very honest, with no unnecessary tests or procedures. The veterinarian is super friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and well-versed. The staff is warm and friendly, going above and beyond from the initial greeting to thoughtful follow-up. The business is run by an amazing family that provides great support. Clients are so impressed that they continue to use the service despite a long drive, and they highly recommend the clinic.
Absolutely exceptional care. From the warm and friendly greeting when calling to schedule your 4 legged family member's first visit, the friendly face of the very well versed Veterinarian who was care taking for my pet, to the hand signed letter they sent to follow up and make sure we know they are here to support and help me, I'm very impressed. They even acknowledged the name of my son who accompanied me in the letter. Absolutely incredible service.
Dr Mike is super friendly and easy to talk to. Willing to answer any questions I had. Started taking our pets there when we lived in the area. We moved out of the area last year, however we still bring our pets to Dr Mike in spite of the 45 mins drive. Highly recommend!
