Throughout the appointment it was great I got the green hair that I wanted. Within 3 days though after half of the color washed out entirely! I used color-safe shampoo, and used cold water, and washed my hair once in that time. I had green hair on some parts, bronze yellow for the majority though. It never faded out anywhere else but the main part, I tried re-dying it with dark silver and all you see in the area with faded yellow, bronzy, trying to be "green" hair was that color still! I bleached that section for over an hour trying to remove anything else so it would cover it never did. They have a great service, but horrid products. I seen Tiffany and she was amazing she's so friendly and nice she made me feel comfortable she listened to what I wanted and she made sure I was happy with my hair before I left I'm definitely going back soon

The is an operator there that gave me exactly what I want. I stopped in the salon in the Walmart on LaCross St (Rapid City) yesterday for a chin waxing. They have switched to a new style of waxing. IT HURT. I have been getting waxing for a number of years and don't usually flinch. When I left there, my whole chin was red. This gal didn't ask for my phone number or look me up in the computer. I was disappointed, to say the least! The stars are not for yesterday's visit.
