I had a last minute request and they were closed. So I put my order in online at 10pm from Denver asking this (unknown to me) florist to deliver a sympathy bouquet to a church by 10am the next morning in Pierre. Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement, they got it there in time for the services. They also called me at 8:05am to let me know they could take care of it so I didn't have to wonder. This is customer service at its best. Thank you.
