In the you don’t know what you got till it is gone category. This Agency was in my town. They had the opportunity to move home and I didn’t fault them for that. I decided to switch agencies and I want to tell you the difference in claim handling I had: 1) Called Andrew to let him know I was in an accident and had filed a claim. The accident occurred late at night. I was run off the road. The person who did this wasn’t found, and Andrew helped me through the process. Within a total of 72 hours from the accident. Myself and the company came to terms on damage and payment was sent. Now on the other hand, after they left I switched companies. Mistakes were made. I am 21 days out from the accident and was just told hopefully by day 28. They might have a report. Needless to say, Jake from ______ must have taken a few weeks off….
